2: Other Information About Your Sites

Your sites will have other information about them that you may want to display, like Amount of Investment, Year, Number of units, Type of project, Site Name, Site Investment Amount*, etc. This information appears in the Info Bubble on PolicyMap, when you click on a point.

To make sure they display correctly in the Info Bubble, you must tell us what these fields mean and how they should be labeled. A full description of each column is helpful for reference purposes.

Specify what the columns mean in the Data Description Document that you send with your data. To obtain a Data Description template, contact us at pmnullap@polnullicymap.com. Below is an sample of what this might look like, and how you tell us which columns of your spreadsheet contain the address information.

*Site Investment Amount refers to the average amount attributed to each site, (a per site amount for a multi-site investment). It is used to sum investment amounts.
