Challenge
Jonathan Cabral, manager at CHFA, needed a way to be more transparent about the grant process with LIHTC applicants.
Solution
CHFA’s custom PolicyMap widget allows prospective LIHTC applicants to input a project’s address and receive a rating based on CHFA’s analysis of the location. This streamlines the application process for both the applicants and for CHFA because applicants have a better understanding of how CHFA rates projects and can tailor their applications accordingly.
