Joel Nadelman | Chief Growth Officer
Joel joined PolicyMap in April as Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams, working with third parties to build successful partnerships, and achieving growth-related milestones to ultimately increase PolicyMap’s revenue. Prior to joining PolicyMap, Joel spent 10 years at S&P Global Market Intelligence in a variety of roles including global head of market development for the non-financial corporates group. Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Olivia Potok | Marketing Associate
Olivia joined PolicyMap’s marketing team in June 2023. Olivia is a highly organized communications specialist with experience in social media, digital media content creation, and interpersonal communication. They hold a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from La Salle University.
Magdalen Andreoni | Senior Data Analyst
Magdalen joined PolicyMap’s Data Development team in July. With experience in community-based research and program evaluation, she has spearheaded projects in areas including food insecurity, government programs, and economic development. She received a Fulbright research grant to study local wheat supply chains in Northern Italy. Magdalen holds a master’s degree in food studies from New York University.
Adam Cwik | Data Engineer
Adam Cwik joined PolicyMap in August as the first data engineer on the team. Adam designs and develops data solutions and assists in the maintenance of data quality at PolicyMap. Adam has years of experience working with data in both engineering and analytics roles prior to joining PolicyMap. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Rider University and studied software engineering at Villanova University at the graduate level.
Achinth PoobalanSales | Development Representative
Achinth joined PolicyMap in August as a Sales Development Representative. With a passion for making a positive impact, Achinth’s drive and diverse skill set promise significant contributions to our organization’s success. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University.
Ross Flaharty | Business Development Executive
Ross joined Policy Map in October as a Business Development Executive to grow the company footprint into the technology, consumer, real estate, and professional services industries. Ross’s career spans 20+ years across revenue and relationship management roles in banking and lending. Prior to joining Policy Map, Ross spent 3 years at Salesforce selling the Tableau data platform to enterprise accounts across the Western US. Ross has a bachelor’s in Public Policy from Trinity College, Hartford.
