The data on business and residential vacancies from Vericast’s Valassis Lists Data has been updated to include Q1 2023.
 

The CDC’s Cancer Profiles, estimates of the incidence and number of cancer cases in 2015-2019, are now on PolicyMap. They include statistics on cancer cases by type (i.e., organs affected), with breakdowns by race/ethnicity and gender for most counties in the United States.
 

Small Area Fair Market Rents (FMR) from HUD have been updated to 2023. They are presented as dollar amounts for particular-sized units for the upcoming year, e.g., fair market rent for a 2-bedroom in Zip Code: 80238 is $2,480 for 2023 (shown below). Available to all users.
 

The CDFI eligibility dataset from the CDFI Fund is now updated to 2023 to reflect the updated 2016-2020 ACS criteria. It is available to all users.
