Updated Data
 
 

Data for Home Sales (sales price and the number of sales) has been updated to include Q3 2022. This data is by zip code and is provided for single-family homes, condominiums and mobile homes. This data is updated quarterly and available to premium subscribers.
 

American Community Survey (ACS) data from the US Census was updated to 2017-2021 in PolicyMap. The data is available to all users across various menus. The historic periods now in PolicyMap include 2007-2011 and 2012-2016, in addition to the decennial 2000, 2010 and 2020 years.
 

Average Neighborhood Poverty Rate by Federally Subsidized Housing Type (Housing Choice Vouchers, Public Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties, and HUD Multifamily properties) is available to all users on PolicyMap by city, county, and metropolitan area.
 

High school Graduation Rate data, sourced from the National Center for Education Statistics at the Department of Education, is now available on PolicyMap for the years 2017-2019. The school district level data as “adjusted four-year cohort graduation rate” is available to all users.
