These credits can be “stacked” to further incentivize development. PolicyMap has created a new dataset that allows affordable housing professionals to see projects where developers have used Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and nearby or on-site New Markets Tax Credits together to assemble funding for housing projects.
