The SelfMade Health Network (SMHN), a member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Consortium of National Networks [CDC National Networks Driving Action/Networking2Save] with a shared focus on health equity and cancer disparities specifically among low-income populations and other populations with low socioeconomic status (SES) characteristics nationwide, invited PolicyMap to be a presenter in their 2024 webinar series. The first part of the series, linked below, focuses on improving health equity through data with a special emphasis on social determinants of health (SDOH).
